Yoga is a great way to release stress. Cardio and weights are a great too.
But sometimes we need peace and serenity. The world is crazy these days. I love sun rise salutation. It was a great starter for my practice and you can do this quick at home in 5 min. I decided to add it to planner so I can take it with me where ever I go. I prefer to do Yoga 🧘🏾♀️ mid week to stretch out my muscles and reset my mind for the rest of the week.
